A picture of the plant would have been a good starting point. However here are somethings to check.
- How old is your okra plant? If it is about a month old or so, its still growing. It will take sometime before it flowers
- Have you planted in a small container? If you planted in a 5-6 liter container the plant may not grow too well.
- It may be a dwarf variety. But dwarf varieties generally grow 1-2 feet tall.
- Is your potting soil nutrient rich? You plant may not be getting enough nutrients.
